Abstract

|
A case of pulmonary cyst in the left presented.
His chief complaint was hemoptysis. The radiological examinations showed a large
cavity in the left lower lobe which did not appear to be tuberculous. This was treated
successfully by left lower lobectomy.
The cystic condition in this case was lower lobe of a 37 years old man was
considered to be congenital and bronchogenic in origin.
This war probably the first reported case of such a disease in Korea, which was
treated successfully by lobectomy of left lower lobe lower lobe.
The literature was reviewed.
